Finding Sukkie was like finding a rainbow AND the pot of gold at the end. After 5 months of little to no sleep for our baby (we expected the first three but thought things would get better after that). We are giddy to now have him sleeping three naps a day and through the night with only one night time feeding (our choice) thanks to Sleep Solutions.
Sukkie worked with us to create a plan that fit our family and one that showed results OVER NIGHT! We were ravaged from sleep deprivation and Sukkie saved us with patience, planning and persistence. Thank you for coming to our rescue, Sukkie and for helping our son to get what he needed more than anything else–SLEEP!

Sleep Tips for Babies
One of my top sleep tips for a baby is to pay attention to sleepy cues. Yes, when you baby is tired she wants to go to sleep! Timing can be everything when it comes to a baby that sleeps well. So put your baby to sleep when they are tired, not OVERTIRED. Another top sleep tip for babies is to put your baby to bed drowsy but not fully asleep. This will help your baby to develop her OWN way of going to sleep, rather than relying on mom or dad to put her to sleep.Read More >
Sleep Training for Babies
Sleep Training can look different depending on your baby’s stage of development. With newborns we want to establish techniques that will help them develop health sleep habits by gently encouraging independent sleep skills. With older babies we may need to remove “props” that have been introduced early on. With toddlers and older children, we may need to apply behavioural interventions to keep them in bed so they get their required sleep hours.Read More >
